(Keep in mind that we can ONLY add processing to the tracks. We CANNOT reduce the amount of some effect after you have sent us the files.)

We aim for 2-3 days to get your mix and/or master back to you. However, our hard deadline is one week out.

For multitrack mixing, 10-15db overall is great. For mastering we prefer 6-12db. Headroom is always a friend. Please be wary of clipping and distortion as those artifacts cannot be removed in the mix/master process.

Payment is done up-front and online. We have PayPal and credit/debit card integration. Payment is taken at the time of booking the mix and/or master, along with reference tracks and audio files.

Yes, you have 3 mix revisions included with each song. Each mix revision can be exhaustive (list as many things as you think need touching up) and we will do our best to accommodate! Because of the exhaustive nature of these mix edits, we do not offer any additional mix edits after the three have been used.

No, you do not have to attend the zoom creative call. However, attending it is HIGHLY recommended so we can get a better idea of how you want us to approach your record and what aspects of the reference mixes to focus on. It also allows us to build a better understanding of your requirements (time, loudness, low-end placement, etc). The call itself is super quick (15 mins) and we come prepared with a list of questions to ask.
